Responsibilities
- Take ownership of developing knowledge and skills using the training program's materials and framework.
- Take ownership of ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main liaison for members to get the information or support they need.
- Understand member and provider needs fully, and within corporate and department policies, take necessary actions to resolve inquiries completely.
- Document call details clearly and concisely for tracking member and provider contacts.
- Identify and communicate trends that indicate enterprise service issues.
- Escalate member and provider concerns and servicing issues.
- Execute corporate and department policies and practices appropriately.

- The remote work model can begin after approximately 8-9 weeks of on-site training in Worcester, MA.
