finanzcheck is hiring a Call Center Agent - Kundenakquise im Homeoffice (m/w/d) for our Pre-Sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, responsible for initial data collection and needs analysis for consumer loans, directly supporting our sales process.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for new customers and conduct data collection via phone.
• Independently manage outbound calls for customer inquiries to clarify their concerns.
• Use intuition and strong needs analysis to identify customer requirements and help find optimal loan offers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales colleagues, handing over customers directly into the sales process.
• Support customers with initial questions and inspire them about working with FINANZCHECK.de.

What We're Looking For

• Some initial professional experience in direct customer contact, ideally by phone (e.g., sales, retail).
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact and needs analysis.
• Mastery of German at a native level.
• Confidence using computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Comfort working in a team, reliability, independence, and good time management.

Team & Environment

You will join our Pre-Sales team of about 60 members, working closely with Sales colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of customers.
