ALTEN is hiring a Calibration and Diagnostics Engineer

As a Calibration & Diagnostics Engineer, you will join our Coventry team to support our activities within the automotive engineering sector. You will support vehicle development programmes through diagnostics, calibration activities, and complex issue resolution. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in troubleshooting powertrain systems and ensuring performance and compliance targets are met Location: Coventry On Site: Hybrid Clearance: Clearable Experience Level: Mid- level (3-6 years experience) Key Responsibilities: • Perform vehicle diagnostics and support development testing activities • Flash calibrations and DCMs using ETAS INCA or equivalent tools • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues using structured problem-solving methods • Support powertrain validation and ensure alignment with development targets
