  • Design and manage the CAD computing infrastructure, including Linux-based workstations, EDA servers, and LSF or grid-based compute clusters.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts in SKILL, Tcl, Python, and shell to reduce manual effort and enhance designer productivity.
  • Ensure design data consistency using version control systems such as Git, Vault, or ClearCase, and establish data backup and archival protocols.
  • Partner with IT teams to forecast computing needs, plan capacity, and execute infrastructure enhancements.
  • Serve as the main technical contact between design engineers, EDA vendors, and foundry partners.
  • Establish and uphold CAD best practices, design methodologies, and pre-tape-out verification checklists.
  • Deliver direct technical support during critical design phases and tape-out cycles to resolve tool and flow issues.
  • Lead initiatives to shorten design cycles and increase the likelihood of first-pass silicon success through process refinement.

About company
Neurophos

The most efficient AI chip on the planet.

Neurophos compresses a rack into the size and power draw of a single GPU, delivering 0.47 ExaOPS and 300 TOPS/W with its Optical Processing Units (OPUs).

The company has achieved a breakthrough by shrinking photonic tensor cores by 10,000x, enabling terawatt compute with gigawatt power. This leap is equivalent to 30 years of transistor scaling and is protected by 300 patents.

Neurophos' technology allows for massive compute efficiency, reducing the need for thousands of GPUs and hundreds of nuclear plants down to just a few OPUs and 10 nuclear plants, revolutionizing the future of AI hardware.
