Culligan Quench is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring our systems effectively support our operations and strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and document current business processes and system workflows
- Elicit, translate, and prioritize business requirements into functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and technical teams
- Design and propose system solutions to improve efficiency and solve business challenges
- Support the implementation and testing of new systems and enhancements
- Develop training materials and provide user support during system rollouts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating clear documentation, including requirements and process flows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Work Mode
This is a remote position. While you will work from a home office, the assigned company location for this role is King Of Prussia, PA.
