Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative support to the Remedium team on a daily basis
- Keep job tracking systems current with regular updates
- Prepare and format candidate CVs according to client and regional standards
- Assist with executive search initiatives, including bulk email campaigns
- Coordinate calendar management, meetings, and room reservations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and delivery arrangements
- Input and maintain accurate records in the company database
- Procure and manage inventory of office supplies
- Ensure office infrastructure and systems remain functional
- Collaborate with internal teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing for various tasks
- Provide backup during peak periods and high-priority assignments
- Uphold organizational values and drive operational efficiency
- Participate in required personal development evaluations
- Perform additional duties as assigned related to the role

- Support Executive search projects (mass mailing)
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Updating records using a database
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with colleagues in other departments, e.g. Operations, Sales, finance, HR, marketing for other ad-hoc duties
- Assist during critical tasks and high-priority projects to ensure timely delivery
- Champion the Remedium Values and ensure Operational Excellence is achieved
- Complete the Company’s personal development review, as required
- Any other job-related duties
