Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance, including managing communications with customers and government agencies, organizing documents, and supporting departmental functions as required.
- Organize and store department records such as evidence, correspondence, and receipts in compliance with established filing protocols and naming standards.
- Prepare and dispatch mail using USPS or FedEx services.
- Handle incoming postal and courier deliveries, process contents, and distribute to correct recipients.
- Serve as primary contact for Service of Process (SOP) documentation, including receipt, processing, preparing client forwards, issuing rejection notices, and sending document copies via email when necessary.
- Digitize paper documents and upload scanned files to the internal company database.
- Demonstrate consistent professionalism in interactions with internal staff, process servers, clients, and external partners.
- Maintain accuracy in Salesforce by updating relevant records such as Cases, Accounts, and other data objects following customer interactions.
- Stay current on product details and proactively seek to deepen understanding of industry practices and developments.
