Responsibilities
- Apply statistical methods and sound data practices independently to drive projects from start to finish.

- Take full ownership of analytical tasks, from preparing data to generating meaningful insights.
- Engage directly with clients daily to understand their strategic goals and operational context.
- Reframe business questions into structured analytical problems and deliver timely, targeted analyses.
- Present results and strategic recommendations confidently with team members to support decision-making and build client confidence.
- Serve as a trusted contact for specific project components, ensuring work is accurate, thorough, and relevant.
- Support organizational growth through contributions to thought leadership, knowledge sharing, recruitment, or inclusion initiatives.
- Help strengthen data engineering and architectural capabilities as technical skills evolve within the team.

Compensation
Base salary varies based on experience, background, and skills. Estimated range for the NYC office is $85,000 – $93,333. Includes comprehensive benefits, performance bonus, and structured salary progression.
