Responsibilities
- Lead critical cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Product, and Go-to-Market functions, guiding them from initial problem identification through successful implementation
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leaders to shape strategic direction, establish priorities, and advance key organizational decisions
- Design and deploy internal AI-powered tools to streamline and enhance existing business operations
- Create comprehensive dashboards, define key performance indicators, and produce reports that track business health in areas such as sales pipeline, growth, and customer retention
- Analyze business workflows to uncover inefficiencies and growth opportunities, then lead efforts to optimize results
- Establish new operational functions, processes, and systems from the ground up to support organizational growth
