Responsibilities
- Analyze client accounts to uncover growth potential and create actionable strategies with leadership to enhance profitability and organic expansion.
- Collaborate with senior management to supervise team operations and client account performance, ensuring alignment with internal policies and service standards.
- Serve as the primary financial reviewer for the department, validating client invoices against established pricing and approving them within set timeframes.
- Track and report on departmental performance relative to defined service level agreements and project timelines using structured monitoring systems.
- Continuously assess and refine operational workflows to build scalable, repeatable solutions across clients, promoting knowledge sharing and process innovation.
- Lead and manage the Key Account Management team, including assigning workloads, overseeing performance, and handling HR and employee relations matters.
- Work with leadership to design team development initiatives and identify training needs to cultivate cross-functional expertise within the team.

- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the team through consistent feedback and development planning.
- Ensure timely resolution of client and operational issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Promote adherence to service delivery commitments across all client engagements.
- Contribute to strategic planning discussions with senior leadership on account performance and growth opportunities.
- Uphold company policies regarding data privacy, security, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
