Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for a designated group of clients, fostering strong and dependable relationships
- Lead regular client discussions, deliver timely financial updates, and ensure clients remain well-informed and supported
- Collaborate with external professionals such as attorneys, agents, publicists, and advisors to ensure cohesive financial oversight
- Support senior leaders in attracting, integrating, and retaining new clients
- Identify client needs in advance and offer proactive, solution-focused advice across financial planning and personal lifestyle matters
- Supervise and assist Account Managers in providing routine services like budget tracking, cash flow oversight, bill payment, and financial reporting
- Examine financial documents such as net worth summaries, cash flow projections, meeting materials, budgets, investment reports, tour reconciliations, and other client deliverables
- Guide clients through significant financial actions and life milestones including real estate transactions, contract discussions, tour planning, and year-end financial preparation
- Track client financial behavior to detect risks, opportunities, and issues requiring escalation to senior management
- Review and manage the preparation of moderately complex to complex multi-state tax filings for individuals and entities including S corporations, C corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts in coordination with tax specialists
- Remain informed on evolving federal and state tax regulations, laws, and economic trends affecting client financial positions
- Perform or oversee tax research and cross-jurisdictional planning as necessary, including managing international touring clearances
- Work closely with specialized tax personnel to ensure all tax-related outputs are accurate and submitted on time
