We are looking for a sharp, business-minded lawyer as team leader for our Bangkok office.
What You’ll Do
Lead Corporate & Immigration Work: Handle company setups, BOI promotions, Foreign Business Licenses (FBL), shareholder agreements, and visa/relocation strategies for foreign entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Drive Business: Attend events to network, turn inbound leads into clients, and lead client consultations hands-on.
Manage the team: Oversee our Bangkok team, maintain legal quality standards, and manage key client relationships.
Be one of the Faces of the Firm: Present legal information and insight in English on camera. You'll suggest topics, review scripts for legal accuracy, and co-write when needed—our marketing team handles the production and editing.
Who We’re Looking For
Must hold a valid Lawyer License (Lawyers Council of Thailand)
4 to 8 Years PQE in Thai corporate/commercial law, with direct experience in BOI applications, corporate setups, and visas.
Education: Thai LL.B. (an overseas LL.M. or English-speaking jurisdiction degree is a big plus).
Fluent English & Native Thai: Fluent written and spoken English is essential for client meetings and on-camera presentations.
Business Mindset: Ambitious, proactive, and commercially driven—you want to grow a practice, not just bill hours.
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: 70,000 – 110,000 THB / month (commensurate with experience)
Commissions: Revenue share on closed leads and personal originations
Growth Path: Clear, structured earn-in pathway to Practice Equity and profit-sharing
