Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and verify outputs to ensure alignment with expected outcomes.
- Use technical expertise to convert business questions into effective business intelligence solutions.
- Create and enhance user-facing resources such as guides, FAQs, and checklists to promote independent data use.
- Perform data profiling and analysis of moderate to high complexity to assess data quality and suitability for reporting needs.
- Transform raw data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and datasets that drive decision-making in support operations.
- Conduct statistical analysis to diagnose data issues and deliver data-backed recommendations that increase stakeholder confidence.
- Work with data engineers and business partners to validate data and support testing processes.
- Expand knowledge of the data ecosystem, including data lake architecture, and stay current with evolving BI technologies like AI and generative analytics.
- Establish and maintain operational documentation, including procedures and runbooks, for BI platform management across global support teams.
