Responsibilities
- Create and refine dashboards that display critical business metrics such as gross gaming revenue, net gaming revenue, customer lifetime value, churn rates, and conversion rates.
- Spearhead the proof of concept and assessment of potential upgrades to the visualization stack, specifically evaluating Metabase and Apache Superset.
- Develop efficient, production-level SQL code using common table expressions, window functions, and incremental modeling techniques, optimized for ClickHouse and large on-chain datasets.
- Apply Python libraries like pandas, seaborn, and scikit-learn for in-depth data analysis, automate data validation processes, and build lightweight ETL pipelines or API integrations with blockchain data sources.
- Extract and interpret EVM logs and token transfer events, perform wallet clustering analysis, and trace fund flows across exchanges and bridges to uncover behavioral drivers.
- Establish structured event schemas for tracking wallet user journeys—both custodial and non-custodial—and work with Risk and Compliance teams to identify irregular patterns such as bonus exploitation or organized wallet networks.
- Plan and evaluate A/B tests and cohort analyses while adhering to regulatory requirements specific to the iGaming and cryptocurrency sectors.

Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on dashboards surfacing core KPIs (GGR/NGR, LTV, churn, conversion)
- Lead the Proof of Concept (POC) and evaluation process for transitioning our visualization layer to Metabase or Superset
- Write production-grade SQL (CTEs, window functions, incremental models) with a heavy focus on performance optimization for ClickHouse and large-scale on-chain datasets
- Use Python (pandas, seaborn, scikit-learn) for deep-dive analysis, data quality automation, and building lightweight ETL/API integrations with blockchain providers
- Parse EVM logs and token transfers, analyze wallet clustering, and investigate exchange/bridge flows to understand the "whys" behind player behavior
- Define event schemas for wallet funnels (custodial vs. non-custodial) and collaborate with Risk/Compliance to detect anomalies like bonus abuse or suspicious wallet rings
- Design and analyze A/B tests and cohorts within the unique constraints of the iGaming and crypto regulatory landscape
