Responsibilities
- Lead strategic media planning across assigned client portfolios.
- Develop annual communication strategies and media frameworks.
- Ensure all media recommendations are grounded in consumer, market, and business insights.
- Collaborate with investment, digital, performance, content, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Present media strategies, plans, and campaign performance reviews to clients.
- Drive innovation through emerging media channels, technology, and data capabilities.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and allocation of media investments.
- Ensure planning quality, accuracy, and adherence to agency best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media owners, and strategic partners.
- Support business development initiatives, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing media planning team.
- Drive planning excellence and continuous improvement across agency processes.
- Deliver regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in media planning, communications planning, or integrated marketing within a leading media agency.
- Proven experience managing large client portfolios and leading planning teams.
- Strong knowledge of traditional, digital, performance, and emerging media channels.
- Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders and leading strategic planning initiatives.
