Responsibilities
- Proactively outbound to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn (~60–80 dials per day depending on research and call outcomes)
- Research target accounts to understand their structure, workflows, and pain points
- Confidently navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers with clear, value-driven messaging
- Run efficient discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their buying process
- Target 25–30 high-quality SQL meetings per month
- Partner closely with Account Executives to learn how they move deals forward
- Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot
- Build and refine prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools
- Continuously test and refine your messaging based on feedback from your manager and AE partners

- Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 + Performance-Based Commission.
