Job Title: Business Development Representative (m/f/d)Company: Xentral
As a Business Development Representative at Xentral, you will lead the initial phase of the outbound sales process, driving new customer acquisition through targeted lead research, multi-channel outreach, and qualification. You will work closely with Marketing, Partner Management, and Account Executives to engage companies across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prioritize inbound, partner, and outbound leads to ensure rapid response times.
- Identify target companies and decision-makers, build outreach lists, and execute outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess needs, system landscape, stakeholders, and timing, then schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate data and activity logs in HubSpot, ensuring seamless handover to Sales.
- Continuously refine messaging and sales strategies based on feedback and market insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B lead qualification and new customer acquisition.
- Understanding of ERP buying processes, including multi-stakeholder decisions and long sales cycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with commitment to CRM data integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, IT, or process automation.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.

Work Mode: Remote across Europe with flexible hours. Office hubs available in Augsburg, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, and Lohne (Oldenburg).
