Diligent Corporation is hiring a Business Development Representative I (French speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Use lead generation platforms to consistently gather contact information and build precise, targeted prospect lists using tools such as cold calling, LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
  • Apply proven sales development methods through email, phone, and social media to engage new prospects using designated software systems.
  • Ask strategic, focused questions to confidently assess and confirm decision-making authority during conversations.
  • Effectively generate interest and shape opportunities with potential clients through professional outreach.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations on behalf of account executives and accurately record all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or surpass assigned targets and key performance indicators set by management.
  • Support team members by sharing effective strategies to enhance collective performance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned based on organizational requirements.
