Conversica is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a key role in our growth. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities in the US market.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within target accounts
- Conduct outreach and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to drive growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a business development or inside sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume pipeline
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
