Responsibilities
- Carry out focused outbound prospecting using email, phone, and social platforms across key global accounts and market segments
- Investigate target companies to assess their business operations, tax reporting needs, and identifying relevant business or regulatory triggers
- Locate and connect with decision-makers in tax, finance, and product departments using multi-threaded engagement strategies
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to prioritize accounts, develop sales pipelines, and prepare for client meetings
- Assess incoming leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities through prompt and strategic communication
- Arrange and manage meetings with qualified prospects, ensuring smooth handoffs to sales teams
- Keep Hubspot updated with accurate records of activities, pipeline progress, and account details
- Coordinate with Marketing and Partnerships teams to follow up on leads from campaigns, events, and partner referrals
- Improve outreach messaging and tactics continuously based on performance metrics and team input
- Build a solid working knowledge of the company’s platform and international tax reporting regulations
