About the Role

This role focuses on initiating contact with prospective clients, assessing their needs, and guiding qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate conversations with potential clients through phone and email outreach
  • Identify customer pain points and determine product fit
  • Conduct introductory product overviews tailored to prospect needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with sales team to transition qualified opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead engagement targets
  • Use CRM tools to track outreach and conversion metrics
  • Stay informed about product updates and market positioning
  • Adapt messaging based on feedback and performance data
  • Participate in team training and performance reviews
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with consistent messaging
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and buyer intent
  • Escalate technical questions to appropriate team members
  • Support marketing initiatives by sharing field insights
  • Engage prospects across various industries and company sizes
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer communications
  • Contribute to process improvements in lead follow-up workflows
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Uphold brand voice in all external correspondence
