Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with clients and prospects.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while maintaining strong ongoing relationships with key accounts.
- Strengthen ties with existing clients to support retention, uncover cross-selling opportunities, and gain referrals.
- Secure master service agreements with potential clients to formalize long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis to inform annual sales and marketing strategies and contribute innovative promotional ideas.
- Participate in industry conferences, support event planning, and follow up on leads from various channels including trade shows and digital platforms.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals for both current and prospective clients.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and help execute strategic marketing initiatives.
- Engage with newly acquired clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate emerging industry trends and recommend new business-enhancing initiatives.
- Implement and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, documenting sources of new leads and accounts.
- Efficiently manage a contact database by entering leads and maintaining accurate client information.
- Represent the company by actively engaging in relevant industry associations when requested.
