Responsibilities
- Advance the company's growth strategy execution within the Japanese market
- Uncover and cultivate new business opportunities among semiconductor producers and ecosystem collaborators
- Help establish and strengthen the company’s market presence in Japan
- Develop and sustain relationships with key decision-makers across engineering, procurement, and management levels
- Collaborate with global or senior team members to engage high-level stakeholders
- Navigate Japan’s structured, consensus-based organizational decision processes
- Convert customer requirements into compelling value propositions with technical team input
- Engage in discussions around technical specifications, project timelines, and commercial conditions
- Assist in managing complex, extended sales cycles typical in capital equipment markets
- Support negotiation processes and drive deal progression
- Advocate for customer perspectives internally
- Foster long-term relationships with strategic accounts
- Deliver insights on market trends and competitive dynamics
- Contribute to expanding the commercial pipeline and revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Applications, and Marketing teams
- Help align customer feedback and demands with product roadmap planning
- Bridge communication between Japanese clients and international teams
