About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential managed service provider partners across EMEA
- Conduct outreach to establish new business relationships with MSPs
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to transition leads into active accounts
- Understand customer needs and communicate product value effectively
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand reach
- Track and report on sales activities and conversion metrics
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
- Support the development of region-specific go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns
- Provide feedback from the field to product and strategy teams
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Educate prospects on platform capabilities and use cases
- Serve as a trusted point of contact during early sales cycles
- Use data to refine outreach strategies and improve results
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in MSP organizations
- Conduct discovery calls to assess partner fit and potential
- Coordinate with technical teams to support prospect evaluations
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand and sales goals
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling to MSPs or IT service providers
- Existing network of contacts within the EMEA MSP market
- Background in IT operations or systems administration
- Familiarity with RMM or PSA platforms
- Multilingual abilities, especially in European languages
- Experience with startup or high-growth environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or endpoint management tools
- Track record of building sales processes from the ground up
- Experience with channel or partner sales models
- Exposure to sales methodology training programs
