NinjaOne is hiring a Business Development Lead, MSP, EMEA

About the Role

The ideal candidate will combine deep market knowledge with proactive outreach to generate qualified leads and build long-term relationships with MSPs, supporting regional expansion goals through measurable sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential managed service provider partners across EMEA
  • Conduct outreach to establish new business relationships with MSPs
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to transition leads into active accounts
  • Understand customer needs and communicate product value effectively
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand reach
  • Track and report on sales activities and conversion metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
  • Support the development of region-specific go-to-market strategies
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns
  • Provide feedback from the field to product and strategy teams
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Educate prospects on platform capabilities and use cases
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact during early sales cycles
  • Use data to refine outreach strategies and improve results
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in MSP organizations
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess partner fit and potential
  • Coordinate with technical teams to support prospect evaluations
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand and sales goals

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling to MSPs or IT service providers
  • Existing network of contacts within the EMEA MSP market
  • Background in IT operations or systems administration
  • Familiarity with RMM or PSA platforms
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in European languages
  • Experience with startup or high-growth environments
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or endpoint management tools
  • Track record of building sales processes from the ground up
  • Experience with channel or partner sales models
  • Exposure to sales methodology training programs
