Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business relationships across supplier, partner, and insurer segments in the UK collision repair market.
- Work directly with customers to understand their use cases and help them build on the company's infrastructure.
- Structure and negotiate first-of-kind commercial agreements.
- Partner with Solutions and Product teams to move deals from conversation to live partnership.
- Represent the company credibly with senior stakeholders across the industry.
Requirements
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and limited established process.
- Experience in supplier, partner, or insurer-facing business development, ideally automotive or collision-adjacent.
- Builder mindset, energized by creating rather than maintaining.
- Comfortable working closely with Product and Solutions teams.
