Responsibilities
- Grow the Biology Division's business in the United States as a member of the broader Business Development team.
- Take a proactive approach to managing the sales process.
- Follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain a sufficient sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue targets for the region.
- Exemplify WuXi AppTec's core values and adhere to company policies.
- Create, align, and implement an annual business plan that meets the set revenue goals.
- Build professional relationships with internal functional leaders and top market customers to stay ahead of the curve.
