What You'll Do
Lead business growth across a multi-state region by identifying and onboarding new members through targeted outreach, industry networking, and strategic follow-up. You'll use a consultative approach to align solutions with client goals, focusing on senior living and behavioral health organizations.
Manage existing accounts with a focus on deepening engagement, expanding contract utilization, and improving procurement outcomes. Conduct regular in-person client reviews to assess performance, identify savings opportunities, and support long-term retention.
Develop strong relationships with C-suite and director-level leaders, serving as their primary point of contact. Deliver tailored presentations that highlight cost reductions, operational improvements, and strategic advantages tied to current service offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, resolve implementation issues, and verify successful adoption of programs. Coordinate supplier connections and follow up to confirm activation and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales or account management within healthcare, group purchasing, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of procurement, contract utilization, and spend analysis in senior care or behavioral health settings
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights from purchasing reports and utilization trends
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within Florida, including attendance at industry events and client sites
- Excellent communication skills for engaging executive stakeholders and delivering strategic presentations
- Experience managing pipelines, tracking performance metrics, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
