Responsibilities
- Support the needs of a team of three or more people handling all aspects of the new business process across a wide range of sectors and capabilities.
- Use diligent organizational skills to manage and file the growing library of credentials, case work, and other sales materials on the shared agency drive.
- Conduct initial research on potential opportunities, manage scheduling and timelines, and keep status trackers updated.
- Draft and proofread responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Assist with agency marketing, cultural initiatives, and events as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- One to two previous internships in marketing and social media services for an agency, media company, or brand.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of AI, primarily for efficiency and organization, with dedicated time spent in PowerPoint for building decks and presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
