Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to finalized agreements, including sourcing, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with cryptocurrency projects, key opinion leaders, and affiliate partners.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of prospects through direct outreach on platforms like Telegram, Crypto Twitter, industry events, and personal networks, without relying on inbound leads.
- Manage multiple influencer partnership deals at once, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication remain consistent across all active collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal content and operations teams to ensure all sponsor integrations meet client requirements, launch on schedule, and align with campaign goals.
- Produce accurate post-campaign reporting that highlights return on investment, strengthens client trust, and supports contract renewals and long-term relationships.
- Help define commercial practices including pricing models, deal frameworks, and business development processes, contributing foundational input as an early team member.
- Achieve a monthly revenue target of $150,000 to $200,000 per business developer, with measurable progress expected within the first 90 days including a growing pipeline and closed deals.
