Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, complex change initiatives using recognized methodologies such as PROSCI to guide client transformations.
- Deliver core change management components including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, engagement plans, training frameworks, and resistance mitigation.
- Evaluate the organizational impact of change, define business readiness criteria, and advise leadership on risks and risk reduction strategies to support decision-making.
- Strengthen organizational preparedness by addressing human aspects of change, coaching managers and teams, and enhancing overall capacity to adopt change, including in high-pressure control room settings.
- Partner with client teams, project leaders, sponsors, and experts to maintain alignment and ensure effective engagement across all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.
- Provide governance for change activities, monitor quality, supervise testing and training execution, and lead benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews to ensure lasting outcomes.
- Ensure consistent stakeholder involvement, agreed-upon processes, and clear communication of timelines to support on-time and effective project delivery.
- Promote cross-functional teamwork across project teams and internal departments to enhance collaboration and integration.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities for expanded engagements and follow-on work with clients.
- Assist in shaping new offerings and refining current solutions based on market insights and internal expertise.
- Participate in and support internal change programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Engage actively in professional communities to share knowledge and advance best practices.
