Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in business architecture and operating model initiatives throughout discovery, design, and delivery stages
- Create and sustain capability models, value streams, service mappings, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
- Convert complex organizational and delivery issues into clear, structured, and decision-focused outputs
- Collaborate with product, delivery, technology, and policy teams to align change efforts with strategic goals
- Facilitate high-level workshops to guide portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and organizational structuring
- Ensure business architecture outputs are practical, user-friendly, and aligned with delivery realities
- Support the integration of business architecture practices within agile, program, and portfolio delivery frameworks
- Maintain quality, consistency, and traceability of business architecture deliverables across projects
- Contribute to the Business Change Community of Practice and mentor team members in business architecture
