SEKISUI Aerospace is looking for an early-career Business Applications Developer to join our team. This role focuses on enterprise systems and business applications, providing hands-on training in Epicor Kinetic ERP and opportunities for professional development. It's ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with business teams to improve processes, build reports, and learn how ERP systems power manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Learn and support our Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
- Assist in building and modifying BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reports, and user interface customizations.
- Support day-to-day ERP troubleshooting alongside senior team members.
- Work directly with business users in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
- Participate in requirements gathering and testing of new features.
- Help improve business processes through system enhancements.
- Assist with data migration, reporting, and light integrations.
- Develop documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Stay current on Epicor updates and enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or graduating soon); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT, development, ERP support, or a similar role (internships welcome).
- Basic understanding of SQL, relational databases, and business process workflows.
- Exposure to one or more of the following: C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, or reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in ERP systems.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ERP systems (any platform).
- Familiarity with Epicor (Kinetic or ERP 10).
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Exposure to a manufacturing or distribution environment.

- Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000
