We are now looking for a mid-level Business Analyst to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
You will elicit and structure requirements for digital products spanning policy, claims, customer experience, and internal operations, translating business needs into clear, testable specifications. You will work in Agile/Scrum teams delivering on a modern, cloud-native technology stack across Microsoft Azure, GCP, and AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to elicit, analyses, and document functional and non-functional requirements for new and existing platforms.
- Translate business processes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases, supporting both new product development and modernization initiatives.
- Produce process maps, data flow diagrams, and user journey artefacts using tools, applying BPMN or UML where appropriate.
- Analyze existing systems and reports to identify gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities across underwriting, claims, distribution, and customer service.
- Support data-driven decision making and collaborating with data teams to define KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
- Partner with product owners and engineering leads to maintain a healthy, well-prioritized backlog, ensuring stories are refined, estimated, and ready for sprint planning.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing analysis support throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders, capturing feedback and supporting defect triage with QA and development.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, ensuring decisions, risks, and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, establishing a single source of truth for product features and processes.
