Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions during rapid business expansion across manufacturing sites
- Analyze large volumes of production data to generate clear insights on profitability, delivery performance, and production constraints
- Lead on-demand analytical projects, self-service reporting, and the creation of interactive dashboards
- Design and manage robust, scalable data models that power reporting, analytics, and daily operational choices
- Detect data quality problems and work with data engineering teams to enhance data accuracy and pipeline efficiency
- Write and refine SQL queries to extract and integrate data across systems; document logic and coordinate fixes with engineering
- Lead deep-dive analyses on unclear or disorganized data; validate findings with stakeholders and present summaries clearly
- Detect data anomalies, propose root causes, and record resolutions and underlying assumptions
- Create dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key metrics such as throughput, yield, cycle time, on-time delivery, scrap rates, and equipment efficiency
- Develop Retool and BI tools that begin as prototypes but evolve into maintainable systems with ownership, version control, access management, documentation, and monitoring
- Establish consistent analytics and reporting standards across the organization
- Work with Special Projects, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to define critical business decisions and their data requirements
- Convert complex operational data into strategic insights for executive leadership
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Deliver business cases, return on investment analyses, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives
- Evaluate manufacturing workflows, machining output, and capacity utilization to uncover process optimization opportunities
- Support ERP system improvements and assess digital tools that enhance traceability and regulatory compliance
- Perform cost and variance analysis, forecast performance, and track delivery risks relative to production goals
- Assist Lean and Six Sigma efforts, root-cause investigations, and corrective or preventive action plans

Compensation
For this role, the target salary range is $120,000 - $135,000 (actual range may vary based on experience). This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
