KoBold Metals is hiring a Business Analyst to join our Business Operations team. In this full-time, remote role, you will leverage your expertise in PowerBI to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Analyze data trends to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data visualization.
- Expert proficiency in PowerBI for building complex dashboards and data models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
