Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business and platform needs, converting them into functional specifications
- Analyze and provide support for platform elements such as orchestration processes, policies, and catalog structures
- Serve as a liaison among business, product, and technical teams to maintain alignment and effective communication
- Support the configuration of workflow automation and low-code platforms
- Help establish and manage role-based access control frameworks and associated policies
- Assist in shaping policy logic and decision-making rules within the platform
- Ensure all solutions meet applicable regional and regulatory standards
- Assess and enhance platform usability and user experience patterns
- Engage in project planning, progress tracking, and delivery coordination
- Create test strategies, manage user acceptance testing, and verify platform features
- Produce and keep current documentation including requirements, workflows, policies, reports, and post-launch reviews
