Responsibilities
- Identify the most effective payment structures for logistics to boost global rider participation.
- Revise courier compensation frameworks to enhance key performance indicators by incorporating variables such as vehicle type, distance, package weight, and availability during high-demand periods.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover patterns, influencing factors, and areas for improvement that inform operational investment decisions.
- Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of experiments, including A/B and switchback tests, to assess the impact of payment model changes prior to broad implementation.
- Monitor ongoing performance of implemented strategies, track relevant KPIs, and refine approaches based on data analysis.
- Address regional and local requirements by gaining a deep understanding of rider experiences and perspectives.
