Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external partners such as project management consultants, engineering procurement contractors, and clients to collect and assess both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze and map user workflows and business operations to uncover areas where digital solutions can enhance project delivery.
- Work alongside solution architects and technical teams to convert business needs into actionable user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, and system specifications.
- Assist in designing digital platforms, interactive dashboards, and workflow systems to support construction oversight, project tracking, BIM and common data environment integration, and lean methodologies.
- Serve as Product Owner or delegate within Agile teams by managing product backlogs, setting priorities, defining acceptance conditions, and ensuring deliverables support strategic objectives.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, feature demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and retrospective meetings to confirm functionality meets expectations.
- Define and recommend key performance indicators to measure solution effectiveness and business impact.
- Support data analysis and visualization initiatives using Power BI or equivalent platforms to enable timely, data-driven decisions.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to introduce new digital tools to end users.
- Lead change management initiatives and promote widespread adoption of digital solutions within engineering and construction teams.
