Responsibilities
- Evaluate business performance, workflows, and product usage to uncover areas for product and process improvements.
- Convert unclear business problems into structured analyses, meaningful insights, and practical recommendations.
- Assist in product development by creating detailed requirements, including documentation, process diagrams, gap assessments, and acceptance conditions based on real-world operations and user needs.
- Perform on-demand data analysis using SQL to support product rollouts and recurring business inquiries, collaborating with analytics on deeper projects.
- Work with analytics to define performance indicators and extract insights for new products and operational efforts.
- Ensure data deliverables are precise, well-documented, and easily interpretable for decision-makers.
- Collaborate with data, engineering, and analytics teams to enhance data accuracy, definitions, and access.
- Lead discovery activities such as stakeholder interviews and workflow mapping to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities for product support.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative findings into compelling narratives that explain the reasoning behind strategic decisions.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure insights are understood, prioritized, and properly implemented.
- Continuously generate and share business insights to guide organizational strategy, prioritization, and execution.
- Assess the effectiveness of product, operational, and partnership initiatives and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Explore and test AI and automation tools to enhance analytical efficiency and team productivity.
- Help refine business analysis methods, tools, and standards within the Product team.
