Requirements

• Minimum of five years of focused experience as a business analyst on large, intricate information technology projects
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate the identification and documentation of functional and non-functional business needs
• Experience defining and validating business rules to support system design and compliance
• Skilled in evaluating existing and future business processes, models, and requirement sets
• Demonstrated capability to write requirements clearly for both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience capturing scope and requirements for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software implementations
• Ability to conduct gap analysis using process diagrams, data models, and requirement specifications
• Experience mediating discussions to resolve conflicts and achieve agreement among diverse groups
• Proficient in gathering and synthesizing data from multiple sources to uncover key business insights and gaps
• Capable of designing and executing detailed test scripts for complex systems
• Skilled in managing project scope within defined areas of responsibility
• Able to identify, assess, and document project risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements
• Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting key project deadlines
• Effective communication abilities when interacting with both technical and non-technical personnel
• Experience delivering presentations to executive or senior-level decision makers
• Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and clarity
