Our Values: Determination, Simplicity, Availability, Humility, Sincerity, Discipline, Ownership Responsibilities: - Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties. - Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. - Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. - Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others. - Shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle ice down to keep people from falling. - Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, and other duties. - Sweep walkway of debris. - Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger. - Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping. - Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance. - Completes all documentation for work performed, in a timely manner. - Oversees and performs the duties associated with events, including executing the set-up plan in a timely manner, break-downs are completed on schedule with spaces returned to normal state. Work Environment / Physical Demands - Subjected to hot/cold and wet environments - Must have the ability to climb stairs, ladders, etc. EOE, including disability/vets
