Develop and implement study and design procedures to ensure high-quality, cost-effective work. Perform interdisciplinary review of project deliverables and quality control of design calculations and drawings. Develop construction cost estimates and technical specifications. Contribute to engineering budgets and schedules to meet project requirements.
