Responsibilities
- Orchestrating and tailoring content distribution across major social media channels
- Interacting with customers, potential clients, and the wider New Zealand business network
- Addressing comments, inquiries, and private messages with sound judgment and professionalism
- Assisting in customer-facing communications during brand acquisition and transition phases
- Guiding newly acquired brands and their audiences into the expanded organizational ecosystem
- Maintaining customer confidence through periods of corporate and branding changes
- Tracking engagement metrics, platform dynamics, competitor actions, and industry discussions
- Proposing actionable strategies to enhance online presence, reputation, and authority in New Zealand
