Responsibilities

- Maintain and expand in-depth knowledge of the brand and its market category.
- Complete assigned digital training modules related to brand and program requirements on schedule.
- Use technology platforms efficiently to receive and share information representing the brand.
- Attend events punctually, dressed according to team guidelines, and ready to carry out promotional activities.
- Follow responsible service protocols and report any breaches promptly.
- Capture digital photos during events and contribute content to regional social media channels.
- Recognize how the brand stands apart from competitors and monitor competitive actions in the local market.
- Present a professional appearance suitable for direct consumer interaction.
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures.
