- Interact directly with consumers to inform and educate them at moments of experience, purchase, and consumption
- Build consumer confidence by presenting brands in a relatable, human way
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policy
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand and program updates
- Use technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually to events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to execute promotional plans
- Hand out promotional items to attendees as part of brand engagement
- Uphold responsible service standards and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials
- Cover product or bar expenses using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Safeguard and return all company-issued assets, including uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Recognize key differences between the brand and competing products, and monitor competitor activity

- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- Availability required for events held Thursday through Saturday, typically between 4 PM and 12 AM
- Event durations generally range from 2 to 4 hours
- Required to sign all necessary documentation
- Expected to follow all marketing policies, procedures, and the North America Diageo Marketing Code
- Must complete recurring online training sessions on brand knowledge
- Required to pass assessments on brand-related information
- Must deliver a short final presentation of two to three minutes at events to represent the brand
- Position classified as occasional employment with no guaranteed number of assignments
- Must arrive on time and in approved attire for all scheduled events
- Must comply with responsible service standards and report any violations
- Required to use a company-provided debit card for product or bar spend
- Responsible for maintaining and returning company property such as uniforms and promotional materials
