Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to share knowledge about featured products during key moments of discovery, purchase, and use
- Build consumer trust by delivering authentic, informative brand experiences
- Guide attendees through product sampling activities in compliance with local laws and company guidelines
- Complete assigned digital learning modules on brand and marketing program updates
- Use digital tools to access and submit required information for brand representation
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team standards and ready to carry out promotional plans
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of event activations
- Adhere to responsible service practices and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with approved point-of-sale materials ahead of events
- Cover event-related product or bar expenses using a company-provided debit card
- Receive or collect promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Safeguard and return all company assets, including uniforms and event equipment
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting platform
- Capture event photos digitally and support regional social media content sharing
- Identify key differences between the represented brand and competing products, and report market observations
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand engagement
- Comply with all corporate policies and operational procedures

- This is an occasional employment role with no guaranteed number of assignments
- Employment does not ensure consistent or ongoing work volume

- Individuals must commit to mastering product, category, and production knowledge and pass related assessments
- Candidates must deliver a two- to three-minute final presentation demonstrating engagement and expertise
- Regular online training on brand topics is required outside of event participation
