Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of promotional events
- Handle setup and takedown of event spaces
- Initiate meaningful interactions with consumers to discuss brand choices and recommendations
- Distribute branded merchandise according to guidelines
- Resolve issues that arise during event operations
- Build rapport with retail and bar staff at partner locations
- Attend regular training sessions, meetings, and development activities
- Collaborate closely with event managers, team members, and fellow brand representatives
- Provide timely, thoughtful feedback and observations in post-event summaries
- Follow company protocols, operational standards, and local regulations
- Engage directly with consumers to inform and educate at key interaction points
- Foster consumer trust by presenting brand values in an authentic, relatable way
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences where permitted by law and policy
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and programs
- Use technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required data
- Arrive punctually at events dressed in approved attire and ready to execute planned activities
- Hand out branded promotional items to attendees
- Adhere to responsible service practices and report any policy breaches
- Stock and display Diageo point-of-sale materials in retail accounts
- Cover product or service costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Maintain and return company assets such as uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing platform
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Recognize distinctions between the represented brand and competing products, and report competitive actions
Benefits
- Hourly pay rate of $30 or more

- Work schedule includes Friday afternoons and evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
- Minimum weekly availability of 20 hours during daytime or evening hours

- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand or walk for long durations
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy trays, boxes, and equipment
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
- Willingness and ability to work in retail environments such as convenience stores
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Punctual arrival at events in required branded attire as directed by the market team
