Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers to inform and guide them during product experiences, purchases, and usage
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand values in a relatable, personable manner
- Guide participants through legal product sampling activities in compliance with local laws and internal policies
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and program updates
- Use digital tools to receive assignments and submit required field data
- Arrive punctually to events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver planned activations
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional efforts
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with brand-approved point-of-sale materials
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Safeguard and return company assets, including uniforms and event equipment
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting platform
- Capture digital photos during events and support regional social media content
- Identify key differences between the represented brand and competing products, and report competitive insights
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures

- This is an occasional employment position with no guaranteed number of assignments

- Compliance with all marketing policies, procedures, and the North America Marketing Code is mandatory
- Regular completion of online training related to brand offerings is required
- Employees must gain in-depth knowledge of product categories, distillation methods, and brand identity
- Passing assessments on brand knowledge is required for continued engagement
- A final two to three-minute presentation must be delivered successfully to demonstrate brand representation skills
