Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers at key moments including experience, purchase, and consumption to provide education
- Build consumer confidence by presenting brand values in a relatable, personable way
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Complete assigned digital training modules related to brand knowledge and program requirements
- Use technology platforms effectively to receive assignments and submit required data
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to carry out promotional plans
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional activities
- Adhere to responsible service standards and report any policy breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover product or bar-related expenses using a company-provided debit card
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Ensure company assets such as uniforms and event materials are properly maintained and returned
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Recognize distinctions between the assigned brand and competing products, and report competitive insights
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures
