Responsibilities
- Adhere to all applicable health and safety protocols related to public gatherings and pandemic guidelines
- Interact directly with customers to provide product education at moments of experience, purchase, and consumption
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand stories in an authentic, relatable manner
- Guide guests through legal product sampling experiences in compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and marketing programs
- Utilize technology platforms for receiving assignments and submitting required information
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to specified guidelines and ready to carry out promotional activities
- Distribute branded merchandise and promotional items to consumers
- Uphold responsible serving practices and report any policy violations
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover product or bar costs using a company-issued payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Ensure company assets such as uniforms and event materials are properly maintained and returned
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing platform
- Capture event photos digitally and support local social media content sharing
- Identify key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings, and share market observations
- Maintain a professional and approachable appearance suitable for public interaction
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures
Work Arrangement
Remote (City/Region) — Seattle, Bellevue, Spokane, Tacoma, Everett, Olympia, Vancouver

- Applicants must be available for events held Thursday through Saturday, typically between 4 PM and 12 AM
- Event durations generally range from two to four hours
- Opportunities exist for individuals interested in monitoring and reporting market activity
- Employees must complete and sign all mandatory documentation and comply with marketing policies
- Regular online training on brand products is required
- Employees must gain in-depth knowledge of product categories, distillation methods, and brand heritage, and pass knowledge assessments
- Candidates must deliver a final 2-3 minute presentation demonstrating engagement and expertise
- This is an occasional employment role; hiring does not guarantee ongoing or minimum assignment volume
